Good Afternoon Damian, The boat cruise was another great success this year. All of our employees really enjoyed the cruise. Your staff were very friendly and prompt with requests from our staff and their families and friends. The bar was great -- a lot of selection to please all. Your DJ was great, with a good selection of music on board. The food was superb -- all enjoyed it, many talked about how great the steak was. Me personally, I did not anticipate it to be all that it was with the weather being overcast. However, it was more than I expected. Great staff, amazing food, music. The scenery of the city front was excellent to view and take photos of. The Kajama is a great boat. Many of our staff members commented on the cannon ball event. Thank-you for providing another great year of entertainment to the staff and their families. Looking forward to next year. Cheers,

Hi Damian: First up, many thanks for all your help in getting us afloat! To respond to your queries: The service and assistance we received from both you and Joel were top-notch. No query went unanswered or was considered trivial. The captain and crew were first class – they were there for us and consulted us on timing of food service, course to take and took care of all our staff very well. The bar service was exceptional – everyone was very pleased with the friendly, happy service we received. The DJ – Taylor – was a gem. He played all requested music (sometimes repeatedly) and helped make the cruise a hit. Food quality and service were A-one. Our vegetarians thought the lasagna the best they have tasted and most people were able to have seconds if they wanted. The summer sensation chicken meal was a great choice – there were no complaints, just full bellies. The Challenge was ideal for the size of our group. It allowed us ample room without being too large. Our President put it best – “Great boat, great crew, great food and I loved the music and dancing”. What more can I say??? Again, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and thank you, Joel, the Captain and crew for making our summer outing the success it was. We look forward to being with you next year! Dear Shey, I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help in organizing our boat cruise on August 17th. I must tell you that I was totally impressed with the staff on board. Shannon was fantastic! She was always available and couldn't do enough for us. She is a terrific representative of your company. I'd also like to mention that the captain was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humour. Our chef, the bartender and the crewman who greeted us and did the count (I don't know their names) were also super. They were extremely friendly and helpful and most of all professional. This was our first function as a group. We only started up this part of the business in April so everyone here is a new employee. You'd never have known it on the boat. They acted like they had known each other for years! On Wednesday everyone was talking about it and those that had chosen not to attend even admitted that they wished they had. We had so many positive comments about the DJ. He was great! If he does work on the side I'd love to receive his business card. Once again, thank you. We'll definitely be back! Yours truly,
