Hi Shey, Will and I would like to thank you and all of the staff and crew from the Kajama for a wonderful wedding reception. Our wedding cruise was everything we could have imagined and more. We got so many compliments from guests about the courteous staff, crew, wonderful food, and especially the unique atmosphere! The set up of the decorations was just as I had imagined it to be and everything was perfect. A special thanks to Darren for his amazing attention to details and ensuring everything was smooth sailing. We were also really impressed with the D.J. who played all of our requests and more. The rope lighting on the railings was a wonderful touch. Guests were impressed with the way the cake was served and cut on the top deck. The captain was welcoming to guests at the top of the vessel and many enjoyed being right up close to the ship wheel. We had a fabulous time! As a past food and beverage supervisor who was in charge of many banquet golf course weddings, I feel Will and I got top service aboard the Kajama. Thank you for your help in planning our event Shey. It was so wonderful to work with someone who is really on top of things and our quick email correspondence throughout the process was really handy. Please extend our thanks again for their professional management of our guests! I believe Captain Ryan was a smash hit with many of the ladies onboard not to mention how great he was to our young grandsons! Everyone truly had a great time and the luncheon onboard was delicious and served with wonderful care as was the wedding cake. The DJ, Christine, was amazing! The care taken to have the water taxi readied for our officiant was also greatly appreciated. Thank you Shey for your professionalism and we would definitely recommend your services to our many friends and family! The bartender, Brian, was professional, efficient, and made everyone very comfortable and at ease in his small surroundings, given the fact that he was kept very busy at all times. A loving bride and groom, the awesome ceremony/our officiant, a comfortable sailship The Challenge, a great captain and crew, the luncheon/cake/music, wonderful guests, and all this made for a marvellous day which we would not have traded for anything else! Thanks –you so much for all of your help booking and planning my wedding upon the “Challenge” on July 14th. The staff was utterly amazing, extremely attentive and yet not intrusive. All of the guests commented on the beauty of the boat and the efficient and professional manner in which it was manned. * * * Hello Shey & Crew of the Kajama, Ray & I felt is was absolutely necessary to send you this e-mail concerning our wedding that took place on the Kajama on July 17, 2004. It was a smashing success! The crew was incredible. We're fairly certain there is not another couple that had such a fantastic time at their own wedding. We are equally sure that it was due to the smooth sailing operation made possible by the Captain and crew of the Kajama. The service we received went beyond our expectations. We were able to enjoy the company of our friends and family because Marc made sure that everything was orchestrated beautifully. The crew was very accommodating and the Captain was wonderful with the children on board! The caterers made a wonderful meal. One of the most convenient services provided was the decorations. You did a wonderful job making sure that the centrepieces were perfect. As well, the presentation of the cake and dessert on the upper deck was wonderful! Many of our guests commented on the placement and presentation. We have received so many compliments from our guests! Some of those compliments were: "What an experience!" "It was wonderful to experience Toronto that way." "The crew was fantastic and all had a great sense of humour." "What a class act!"
